Playing Our Part In The Community
Wristfix UK Wristbands, have hit the back of the net having announced a partnership becoming the official sponsor of The FA Women’s National League club, Ashford Town (Middlesex) Women’s Football Club.
The agreement included branded home and away matchday kits for the team, as they took on the challenge of tier four football for the first time in their history.
The partnership strengthens our presence in the sporting world, providing us with an opportunity to give back to grassroots football having historically supplied sporting wristbands for a range of high profile events in;
– Boxing
– Football
– Rugby
– Athletics
– Trampolining
Since the 2022 UEFA European Women’s Football Championship which England emphatically triumphed in, the sport has taken off and there has been what we can only call “a last minute madness” in the requests for wristbands.
Which Bands & Why?
Sporting wristbands have been giving customers the chance to personalise wristbands to their chosen design. Some went for festival fabric wristbands, providing them with up to eight colours of personalisation and a limitless design mandate.
The top of the range Wristfix UK Wristband rollbands, also known by some as snapband wristbands are just as popular. Seamlessly snapped onto your wrist to attach onto you, they are an exciting marketing tool for young children often completed with personalisation on it and available in both a PVC and silicone material.
Interaction with fans has always been important for clubs. Always existing has been the challenge of trying to cross customers over to the more lucrative digital zone. If pure sporting fans can buy into the excitement of the game, they are that much closer to their clubs and of course to the action, allowing for an easier cross sell of their sporting merchandise.
How Did The Euro’s Play Its Part?
One of the big talking points since the 2022 UEFA European Women’s Football Championship, has been the unsurprising surge in the amounts of girls and women playing football. Coupled with the record number of attendees to top tier and grassroots fixtures.
Women’s football is boasting overdue interest every angle you view it from, so our partnership with Ashford Town (Middlesex) Women’s Football Club is one we are proud of.
We wish Ashford Town (Middlesex) Women’s Football Club the very best as they compete in The FA Women’s National League Division One South East for the 2022/23 football season.
